Sales Development Representative

As Sales Development Representative at Mitto, you will qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities, contact potential clients through cold calls and email and present the company to potential clients. You will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas, has passion for technology and innovation, possess the rare combination of superior customer relationship skills, technical attitude and have a proven ability to build and close a qualified sales pipeline. 

What you will do

Communication with Prospects and Market research

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

• Target accounts and competitor research

• Qualify leads from outbound campaigns as sales opportunities

• Analyzing the results of the campaigns

Set up calls/meeting with potential clients

• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

• Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and Sales executives

Salesforce administration

• Preparing, organizing, scheduling and setting up campaigns in Salesforce

• Maintaining and updating Salesforce database (leads, contacts, accounts)

• Generating new leads for existing accounts and generating new accounts

• Generating reports, a track record of achieving sales quotas

Your skills and qualifications

• 1+ year experience in B2B and sales, market research position (fresh graduates/entry level applicants are encouraged to apply)

• Experience navigating through multiple decision makers and influences within a large Enterprise environment

• You’re communicative and ready to work closely with a team

• Experience with the Telecommunication industry and CPaaS markets is an advantage

• Degrees in Business, Marketing, Philology or any other related fields required

• Fluent in English

• Additional languages such as Chinese, Spanish, Russian, German or French are a plus
