Director of Marketing

As Director of Marketing at Mitto you will lead a brand-new talented Marketing team. You are asked to provide leadership and strategic advice to the team and work together with the Senior Management in the definition of the long-term Marketing strategy and implement it by taking multiple roles in an ultra-dynamic working context.

What will you do?

  • Create and execute marketing strategy to both attract new customers and nurture existing ones
  • Grow and manage the marketing team globally to ensure full delivery of the Marketing strategy  
  • Set objectives and targets for the Marketing team and lead by example and actively participate in the Marketing process
  • Manage Mitto brand and corporate image, interacting with designers
  • Manage the maintenance of the company website and social media presence
  • Map out and own a content strategy that supports and extends Mitto marketing initiatives
  • Analyze the Market and keep up to date with the latest industry trends and identify key areas for improvement
  • Be the internal and external voice of the company
  • Public speaking and representing Mitto at various external events

Your skills and qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience in the technology sector as a product marketer, content marketer
  • 3+ years of working in an international environment leading the Marketing team
  • Training in how to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that draws an audience
  • Content writing experience for the high-tech sector (including use case management)
  • Budget creation and management
  • Willingness to work with an international team (mainly Europe based)
  • Experience in building strong relationships with decision makers
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Possess excellent customer service skills with a customer driven focus and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to travel up to 25% of the time depending upon the region in which you are assigned responsibility
